Frequently Asked Questions

In stock items will be shipped the same day for orders placed by 12pm Central Time (CT). Special order, back order, and non-stocking item orders may vary. Order status will be updated once manufacturer details are available.

We offer free shipping on most items shipped to residential or commercial addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders will ship regular ground via delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. Orders typically process the same day and in-stock items will usually be delivered 2-3 days from the date that they ship (depending on origin and destination). If there is a delay, you will be notified by email.

LTL (less than truckload) freight carriers are often used to deliver large or heavy items. In stock items shipping via freight usually take a bit longer to process than regular ground shipments. Because freight carriers may have to coordinate with many manufacturers to fill their trucks, it may be 7-10 business days before your order is picked up at the warehouse and delivered to your door. Standard Rates, plus handling will apply to all Freight shipments and will be added to the final invoice.

International Customers: Shipping costs can sometimes be excessive due to unusual size and weight of items. Please contact us to request alternate shipping methods for you order.

We do not offer special rates or payment options to businesses because we offer our lowest prices to every customer, every day - no matter the order volume.

To show our appreciation to our loyal customers, we do have a discount program for repeat customers. We will send you a discount code via email a few months after you place an order (each time!). You can use the discount code as many times as you like until it expires.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. All returned items are subject to a restocking charge. Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging they were received in. No refunds or returns on special order or electrical items.
